Services

Home security camera installation services, commercial security camera installation services, surveillance system set up, surveillance maintenance, and surveillance consulting services are the services we provide, as well as other services related to security.

Some services may not be available due to job site location, scheduling conflicts or specific project needs.

Quotes and Prices

We reserve the right to change any quote and or estimate we have provided at any time based upon the scope of the job and/or the condition(s) at the installation site.

Prices vary by equipment used, type of labor, the complexity of installation, and also any other Services requested to be performed. Final prices will be provided and agreed upon before the start of the project.

Payment Terms

Payments for Services must be made pursuant to the terms of the invoice or as required by the terms of the Service Agreement. A deposit may be due and payable prior to the commencement of the installation. Failure to make timely payments may result in delay, suspension of Services or the incurring of additional fees.

Scheduling and Appointments

Customers must provide us with accurate scheduling information, and must ensure that we have access to their installation site to perform our Services. We may be required to make changes to scheduled appointments due to inclement weather, technical problems or other unanticipated reasons. We will strive to provide notice to customers when changes occur to the scheduled appointments.

Installation Requirements

By using our website & services, the customer agrees that they will allow safe and reasonable access to the property. The customer must provide the internet and power at the time of installation or service.  They should obtain the proper permissions and/ or approvals for the property. At every step, they have to inform us of any known site limitations or hazards before installation.

We will not be held responsible for delays due to the location not being accessible, no utilities being available, or unsafe working conditions.

Equipment/ Product Warranty

Manufacturer warranties will cover qualifying cameras, equipment, and hardware products.

Manufacturer warranty coverage may not apply to:

•  Physical Damage
•  Improper Use/ Tampering
•  Power Surges/ Electrical Damage
•  Unauthorized Repairs/ Modifications
•  Environmental/ Weather-Related Damage that exceeds the specifications for the equipment

Limitation of Liability

Although we make every effort to deliver top-notch security solutions with reliability, we cannot guarantee the effectiveness of the prevention of all crimes, incidents, and breaches with the use of the Surveillance System.  We do not guarantee the functionality of the camera/assets for the entire duration they will be utilized.  We are not responsible for the Future availability or compatibility of third-party internet services. 

We will not be liable for any of the given circumstances, like

•  Theft, loss of or damage to the customer’s property
•  Equipment that fails to function due to an Internet or Power failure
•  Third-party service interruptions
•  Indirect or consequential damages resulting from the customer’s actions

Customer Responsibilities

It is not our responsibility to keep customers’ accounts safe, but customers are totally responsible for keeping passwords and account access secure. They have to use surveillance system equipment properly. They have to adhere to local laws about Surveillance and Privacy.

Customers need to monitor and update their systems regularly to avoid any inconvenience.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted before installation or scheduling of service.

You can incur charges for special order items or completed work as a deposit (“Deposit”). Refunds will only be available based on your status in the service process and/or the type of equipment you purchased.

Use of Our Website

Use of the website Camrelo.com is subject to the following prohibitions:

•  You agree not to use the website for any illegal purpose.
•  You agree not to attempt unauthorized access to other computerized systems or databases.
•  You agree not to copy, reproduce or misappropriate any of the content from this website without authorization.
•  You agree not to distribute viruses, malware, or any other malicious software or content from this website.
